2. Free speech, inside the law
This is an uncensored community. We don’t remove posts because they’re offensive, vulgar, unpopular or critical of anyone, including us. Explicit language, adult humor, fight videos, drama and suggestive (non-explicit) content are allowed. We remove only what the House Rules list: illegal content, real threats, doxxing, intimate images posted without consent, scams and market fraud, stolen content, spam, and pornography (sex acts or exposed genitals). We may remove content or suspend accounts that break the law or these Terms.
3. Your posts
You own what you post. You give Nigga Stocks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share it on this site and its social channels. You’re responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
4. Not financial advice
Everything here is opinion, parody and entertainment. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. Members are not vetted professionals. Do your own research before you put money anywhere.
5. Disclose paid promotion
If you are paid or compensated in any way to promote a stock, coin, product or service, you must say so in the post. Undisclosed paid promotion and pump-and-dump schemes are removed and can get you banned.
6. Copyright
Send copyright notices through the Report & Takedown page. We remove infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your post was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice through the Contact page.
7. Intimate images
If an intimate image of you was posted here without your consent, including an AI-made fake, use the Report & Takedown page. We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request.
8. Accounts
One person per account, no bots. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
9. Parody
Nigga Stocks is a parody and entertainment community. It is not affiliated with any company, exchange, brand or person mentioned on the site.
10. No warranties
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or acting on anything posted here.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new Terms.
